Arrange a Courier Collection

• If your item is large or bulky please call 0333 777 8239* to arrange the collection. Lines are open: 7.30am-9pm Monday to Friday, 7.30am-6.00pm Saturday, 8.00am-4.00pm Sunday.

• If you would like your parcel collecting from an address other than your account address please call 0333 777 8000* Lines are open 24hrs, 7 days a week.

• Items left for the courier to collect are at your own risk.

• Items will be refunded via your original payment method when they are received by Next at our warehouse.
